officer contribution

I noticed some officer UP contribution updates the other day when I got an officer.

It says you can get up to a maximum of 50% of your raw UP from each of your officers.

What I am wondering is. If I say set my officer income to 15%, would that I would get 15% of thier TOTAL up or 15% of their raw UP.

Because: "Rate also affects % of their pre-officer total UP to you." really sounds like its dealing with their TOTAL UP.

Though I dont seem to be getting that much from them.

anyone know what the deal is?

If you pay 15% you get 7.5% (or half) of their Total UP (not including officers)
