Well, if people want to keep criticizing the job the mods are doing, why not try it for yourselves?

LOL there is no point in complaining about who makes it to a mod, some of them who are there currently have broken the forums rules time and time and time again,some have even been banned, and there still a mods, and the admin of all the mods doesnt seem to have a set to which to say NO to them, so the trend continues,

This sadly means the ones who are good at it, dont break the rules, dont spam the place up, also get painted with the same brush and thats too bad,

Want to be a mod, go post your dying or you've died, come back with a new name, pretend your new, when your caught out lie about it, if that fails, change your name to another member of the community cause alot of crap, then lie about it, or become Osbudsman do nothing, decide you will be a mod and get it, or in failing all of the above, spam the forums with mindless crap, break as many rules as you can, and ull be handed it on a platter.....

And if all that fails, get yourself a troll like Apophis here, to post in every topic you do, to back you up no matter what, to make it look like your a saint.. never fails.


To the few mods who are good, you know who you are, keep up the good work, to the rest of you sad excuses, well nuff said.

So, if you think we're so bad and you're so mighty, why are you not a mod yet?

Because i have the ability to think for myself, i cannot be apart of something i think fails at every turn, how could i tell other users of this community to follow rules, when other mods dont even follow them...Just wont happen.

I fail to see how people who bash her and also bash almost whole lot of mods are ANY better than her...it takes more to be as rightful to deserve modship as her than self arrogance and saying thing about people they dont know at ALL!
None of you have any single clue of who she is in reality so instead of throwing hell boring broken records since you cant find anything more than one year and hlf old stuff, since there's NOTHING else to find, you should listen to people who actually know her, even those who do at least slighty!

'Nuff spamming, this topic has a specific purpose, and unless someone brings a valid reason why I should even consider removing Auriel as misc mod and thus -by proxy- a valid reason this topic should stay open, then I'm going to lock it, as it only serves to slander people for something those throwing slanders know nothing about and hotbed for whiners with no real complaint other then they got their pride wounded.

whats wrong with the game has nothing to do with who mods these forums.

i could point out game updates that have done far more damage to the game than adding someone as mod.

can we be honest with ourselves and each other for a second? a lot of people use these forums to spread manure, some might call it propaganda, thump their chest over the latest noob they beat on, or troll people's posts using the flimsiest excuses to mass more people. do you really a give **Filtered** if someone is a mod? do you REALLY give a **Filtered**? i dont. i really couldnt care less if i had to. these forums are a joke and not because of who is or isnt mod. its because the way most of us (myself included) have treated these forums and behaved on them.

this is a game, im going to treat it as such. if they want them as mod fine, doesnt matter to me since i can still play. if you want to piss and moan over them becoming mod go for it. i think you're wasting your time to be honest. the people running this game and these forums can do whatever they want, even though people pay plenty of money to the game that doesnt mean a thing, you are given all kinds of resources and that is compensation for that money spent, it does not entitle you to act like some shareholder...just in case anyone wants to try that **Filtered**.

i hate to say it but if you want better mods start modding yourself first, maybe then they'll need less mods.

there is a big differance between tok'ra and Auriel/Elladan: attitude.

Tok'ra viewed himself as always right, and didn't repent for his actions. yes he understood when he crossed the line he got what he deserved(sometimes). but for the most part, i'm fairly sure he'd do it again.

Auriel/Elladan realized when she had wronged the community, and promised not to do it again(she promised me if no one else). Auriel/Elladan has been working hard to redeem herself in the communities eyes. she's been trying to be a good community influence to make up for the bad she's caused in the past.

if you're going to judge, judge on the whole of the individual and what they've done since then, don't judge the one action you hate most.

if i was to do what you're doing and judge based on one action, i'd hate teal'auc, and not be friends with her anymore, but i'm not doing that so i still talk to her about stuff like a friend would.
