but yesterday I bought a book from Kiyosaki "Secrets of Successful Real Estate Investing"

so ill pay attention ot that first

Ill sum it up for you; Land near water =good. Researching community history=good, excellent kitchen and bathrooms=good, understanding if the environment the house is in fits with consumer group the house is suited for=really good.

I think you wasted your money their. Any book that says it has some sort of "secret" is usually full of feel good motivational garbage and information you could get from any economics or real estate course.

nah, its a really good book and apart from that I'll learn smth from it and i certainly dont expect it to teach me some investment secrets hehe...

i have the book in slovak ,so the literal translation woudl be: "How to invest properly\succesffuly" and its written by a successul bussinesman - his advices and his mistakes etc etc ...

so i like it a lot

as long as his credentials are good there is probably some good in the book. I also don't know what the real estate is like in Slovakia lol.(all homes come with stables right?) I still recommend taking a college course if you serious about it though (thats just my opinion though, i like to ask questions ). good luck though btw.

Well I don't really care whether or not TLE want to charge a tribute...you won't get a single naq from me...aside from farming me all the time...But you are correct...everyone has their policy...so if you all want to charge a tribute...and you get people "dumb" enough to pay it or too busy for a war...then congratulations...I will continue to mass any accounts who leave the war...so we each have our own way...

This is all a repeat of last war. With this discussion.

There were so many supposedly leaving last time also.

History repeats its self.

We have witnessed too many players "leaving" the war then returning when they were ready and/or rejoining their alliances after the war was over.

Would not be too difficult to check all those that left last time, I witnessed enough myself. Tributes then were pretty fair, I belive most that payed them felt satisfied.

For all the justifications just look up the debate from the cop-cia war.

I can assure you Thufir AEU was FAR from satisfied and I am officially disappointed that ANYONE in TLD is talking up the allowance of tribute.

It was meant as a compliment, honestly we didn't expect TA to be the ones massing us and TLE being the ones doing the occassional farming and raiding. Strange the way things don't always work out as expected, but hats off for the fighting spirit.
