Remove perg or remove non-transferrable ATs

I would like to sugest removal of perg. Perg suposed to be for smaller players who doesnt have much time playing. Perg has been abused by perg alliances, which have stoped the growth in perg. The smaller players cant play there without fear of getting massed.

The other idea is to remove non-transferrable ATs made on the market, so there would be no massing in perg. If someone in perg wants a war, then he will have to go to normal to fight.
