The bank is able to store naquadah for when you want to use it later. How about adding UU and Turns to the bank, but not giving separate banks. For example, you would be able to store 100bil naquadah OR 100k uu OR 1k turns. The rate would be changeable based on the Market, and it would make it easier to rebuild for those with high income who need uu.

It has been stated that the bank is a bank. You will only be able to bank your money. Plus, why would you put your people in a bank?
