Go join one of the already existant groups on facebook designated to stargatewars. I think there are 4 all up.

The Facebook site itself is good for finding friends you may have lost contact in, and friends you may have forgotten about completely. You can add photos, update your interests, for the more extreme, put in where you live and where you work... Its good for those who don't have a lot of time to be on msn, because you can still catch up with friends and find out what they are up to without having to wait for them to be online.

There is also some war game features, as well as countless other useless, or totally practice (depending on, like, you know, whatever) features you can choose to add or completely ignore.
