Naquada won according to rank?

Hi, I read somewhere that you win less naquada from players ranked lower than you than players ranked higher.
Could someone tell me exactly how this works?

it's a rank modifier, essentually based on how far away from the person you are in ranks, the less/more amount of naquadah you steal.

if i understand it correctly.

3100-3200 is a smaller decrease, than 100-200 ranks. so it's relative to your level of peers.

this is why sometimes you'll see players that play no defence. they'll just sit in lower ranks with high covert and high strike, and attack high rankers who have "purses" that are too fat.

mostly though, those stratagies are the minority.
