biggest up in main server?

i am wondering how big is the biggest UP and RAW?
just that i see where am I:D
btw i am guessing that STI have it but that is just a guess
and is someone over 400 mio army size?

The biggest one I knew of was KGC.. but now that his planets are gone, and his account has been stripped down, I'm not sure.

The biggest i have seen is 1.6mil and it does not belong to S T I.

Biggest RAW is around 330k
S T I Doesn't have biggest UP
Noone is over 400m army

and I KGC used to have 2m UP..

but I think the biggest now is either High Empty, BigGunZ, PRIAPE or Kamujian

He has 290k raw
and someone in TL has 332k up and is round 316 mill army

the highest i know of RAW is 350+ and total is over 1m but to get to 1m raw you need at least 880tril

The biggest UP is owned by malcom_x. i couldn't see high Empty's planets so i didn't know how much his UP was.

Ishtar66 has a raw UP of over 360k, and has quite a few officers and planets . might even have the biggest total UP.
