I are still waiting on FreeSpirit to reply to this thread to explain himself as Jack has clearly stated I have a point.

In the mean time, I'd like to have my warning voided as FS can't come up with a decent argument to defend it.

This issue is long since over. Freespirit has been removed as mod, your warnings were 2 months apart. This isn't targeting, targeting would be two times in 1 day.

I've read it, and you specifically said in person, not ingame. So that is last time I checked against the rules and falls under abuse. However, I will contact freespirit to get his side, and go from there.

"Scum" was recently determined to actually not be an "insult" in violation of rule 5.b. All that really needs to happen now is have the warning removed.

Since it was specially spelled out as Outside of the game...and not in game. I believe it is. However, let's wait on FS's response, and mystery can have me approach smoosh if he so desires.

Yes, and you did. Then I went and contacted the former mod that issued the warning....I however agree with his warning, but asked him if he would reconsider. He declined. However, he is no longer a mod anyways...so the point is mute.
