If you want to record you will have to go to your own TS that you own (if you still have them, as the TS server is set to autokick on record, to stop certain people recording everything.

The server can't kick me when I'm using a different software to record though... duh

So, apologies if asked before, but if a peace occurs between Janus/FUALL, what happens to the other alliances that are attacking both sides.

Do they get a pat on the back and say well done or do they have to pay both sides?

As clearly, the worse case scenarion is for FUALL/JANUS come to a peace and then both turn on the sides fighting both?.

Effective immediately, the Omega Empire and DDE Empire will accept terms of surrender by those TJP members wishing to cease hostilities on the following basis and under the following terms.

Any member of TJP or Allies of same can approach either me on behalf of Omega Empire or Deni of DDE.

Our general inclination will be to accept, but we reserve the right to refuse in certain circumstances. Our terms will be simple, they are…

1) Official surrender on forums
2) Leaving of all TJP officers/commanders
3) No hits on us for the duration of the war
4) 1 naq tribute
5) You agree to give no assets or resources to any player we are in conflict with for the duration of this conflict.
6) You agree not to return to any TJP member team or ally after this conflict.

We will add to or modify these terms if we see violations / abuse .


Again, our general inclination will be to accept …As always, we will be fair and treat people respectfully. If our adversaries choose a different approach, well that says something about both sides.

In regards to clause 6, seeing how more and more alliances are siding with TJP, who would be left to join if we aren't allowed to return? EOB is in TJP, and we have allies who are not involved in the war but the mere fact of being an ally of EOB, which is in TJP, would prevent one from joining said alliance. Seems like surrender is definitely not an option because the game would just be boring, unless FUALL wishes to make a sweet offer by putting out, in a manner of speaking only, a notice that they can have a nice berth in one of their empires? If the whole deleting one's account is serious, then you just get less and less farms and fewer boredom alleviating massing targets.

This point is somewhat disturbing and even if retracted at a later date due to political pressure, the Ideology and intentions behind it has been revealed, which is something the community will not likely forget.

That is, dictating what people can and cannot do beyond the scope of the conflict with the intention of permanently reducing and destroying all rival powers through this indirect enticement. Physically breaking alliances is no longer as easy as it once was due to people realising that even with 0 stats, they can still do large amounts of damage to an empire. So other means to destroy alliances have to be conjured which this is an obvious end result. It took a while for Omega to show its true colours after playing the righteous card for so long and accusing/abusing TLE and subsequently Janus over naq tributes.

You see, I'd rather spend a day’s income paying a TJP tribute than:

A) Never being allowed to play with my mates/same side as my mates ever again.

B) Letting FUALL try to dismantle/disband the only alliances capable of standing up to it by syphoning off members, destroying absolutely any competition or competitiveness left in the game and effectively leaving the server in the hands of a 300+ member entity where the next largest is barely 1/3 of that.

Dangerous game destroying times these are and that’s why I'm glad I'm fighting for the side that is made up of separate entities united by a common cause who do not pose such a threat to the stability of the game and the diversity of the forums.

Let the community pause for a second to think about the long term outcomes of a FUALL victory and the long term outcomes of a TJP victory, the state of the game and the state of the forums and the purpose behind the two super-powers and reason for their expansions. Another thing to think about:

If there were no Janus, would there still be a FUALL?
If there were no FUALL, would there still be a Janus?

Yet people still wonder why basically every other power still left in the game has sided up for one last stand.
