The following warning was issued to this user
» This is a warning regarding the following post made by you: viewtopic.php?f=128&p=1411266#p1411266.

Section 4: Spam
a. Topics.
Topics will be considered spam if they fit into one of three categories.
i) They appear in the wrong section of the board.
ii) The poster has made more topics than is reasonable for one user within the day. (For a rough guide most users won’t start more than two topics in a single forum within a day however if they are all of interest and relevant to the forum then there is some flexibility to this rule.)
iii) The topic has already been locked by a moderator and the user has reposted the topic.

That one they talk about.

mod consequences/punishments/warnings/etc are not public domain - its dealt with by the mod team in the mod forums/chats/etc.

thus - this can stay locked.

and from now on, internal mod stuff, will stay internal. no need to have team management a 16page public forum topic :)
the community can use the feedback mechanisms, ombudsman, etc to address issues... as it was intended.

I explicitly said in my post that any user who started an additional topic on the issue would receive a warning point for doing so. Rule 4 subsection iii comes into effect as, even though I stated 24 hours must pass before discussion could resume, Jason ordered the topic to be kept locked and all discussion would cease. Subsection i could also come in to play as FS did not post an WTH topic, but a mod feedback.

But, in any case, he was warned for violation of rule 4 subsection iii, because Admin Jason ordered the discussion to stop. That was his third warning, thus earning him a two week ban.

It's a shame that he's already made a quitting thread.

You're allowed to get your ban removed if you want to make a quitting thread.

Hey, he could come back to the game, in which case he will need an "I've returned!" thread.... that may just work too! :D

It's not a matter of luck; it's just a matter of time.

He was giving his opinion about certain mods, not doing the topic again, if you look at the name, you'll think he is redoing it
But if you look at the info in it: He stated 2/3 times that it isn't and that it only is his opinion about certain mods...
So no spam

Hi thread isn't spam and it applys to the forum which it was posted in with regards to Jasons request that such issues be posted in x forum.

He also posted as a user not a mod so he is not talking about mod issues outside of the mod section he is talking about the issue of mods as a forum user.

As you can see Forum himself said that if we have any complaints we are free to post so in the ombudsman corner of the forum & mod feedback. He said this topic is closed but not the subject. I created the topic to continue the discussion on it as is my right as user of this forum.
By giving me a 3rd warning and banning me for it my right is denied. Dastupy & The Rook allready explained it here in previous posts so i expect my warning to be removed.

Re: Removal of FreeSpirit's last warning

All,

I personally think that there was overreaction on the part of the mod in the issuing of this warning. I have contacted said mod and will see what the result is. The argument can be made that it is a different topic then the one locked by order of admin jason. Therefore, the correct section for it would be mod feedback.

However, the section for warning response would be the ombudsman's corner.

I am also planning on asking for a delay on all 3rd warning bans to give them the chance to make their case. Otherwise the system is broken and flawed.
