ppl should have faith in their alliance CO and 2IC or they do not need to command the alliance. we should also allow alliance members to deposit into the alliance bank, not necessarily withdraw it but i know i am willing to deposit trillions of naq in my alliance bank for the betterment of my members and i am pretty sure all my members are willing to do so aswell.

Well im gonna suggest the same bank proposal as was in the other topic
I believe in an alliance bank somewhat different from what jason/admin proposes


1. Make amount of naq in bank viewable to all alliance members and have logs of deposits and withdrawals
2. Allow any member to add deposits to the bank
3. Allow Leaders, 2ic to give/loan naq to members
4. Do not place restriction on what Leader/2ic can do with the naq, most alliances have some forum of government to deal with any potential corruption that may occur... if implementation of #1 corruption would be even less likely.
5. Allow members to make withdrawals with approval of Leader or 2ic

and knockout although i would trust you with my life -- ingame... as an alliance leader as well as a individual... I personally don't believe an alliance leader should have that much power, it happens often that an alliance leader abuses his power and goes overboard. for your suggestion i would require an approval from another alliance member ---not 2ic

the alliance leader or 2ic decides what to do with the resources and the alliance members have to vote yes or no, sounds like a pretty safe idea to me. prevents abuse and goes to the majority vote

I guess this applies to the whole alliance, what happens if u leave and go to another alliance, do u lose the benifits uve gained and automatically catch up to the level ur new alliance is at?(if this is what gets implemented)

you woude get the bonus of the alliance you are! if you leave, you lose the bonus. and if you join another alliance you get the new alliance bonus.

if disband, you become allianceless. so NO bonus at all.

true, it would get very complicated with the coding.
i think if the alliance disbands there should be a way of compensating the smaller members. if everyone just loses the bonus, smaller players that put in the same amount as larger players (like if you get in the alliance you have to pay an amount to the bank) lose a large amount of naq in comparison to their income, whereas the larger players would only suffer a small hit.

to tell you all the truth, i dont think the game needs any more complicating. if there was an alliance bank, i would make it a very small addition, such as having a sort of "second bank" (or "extra bag" as it would be called in RPGs).

There should be a 1% automatic withdrawl. so if all of your alliance member banner ads are on your not really losing anything, except something that was a bonus to begin with. there should be a box on the bank screen where an alliance member can apply for a withdrawl that only 1ic or 2ic can accept based on their judgement, but is also vidable to the entire alliance; theyre leaders right? Also, if theres 1% boosts for any stat that wil get way out of control for the bigger alliances IF they can manually deposit. if it was automatic i see it being more fair for everyone. 30 people making 1 trill+ per day = crazy levels in 2 weeks, because you know they will be focusing on that when it comes out. exponential increase in cost to prevent this will only make it not worthwhile in concentrting on.

It should just be a regular bank with some perks like holding ATs and UU. ANd options to buy members things like covert levels and such.


Otherwise this is pointless and shouldnt be inplemented.

Bank idea : It holds naq, uu, mercs, and turns.
If u increase what ever u have saved there at certain percent per week u get same interests. If u do not increase your banking u lose certain percent.
Example : u have 100b naq, u most increase it at 25%, so u need to add 25billions. U cannot deposit naq at free will. U deposit the naq by % set by own players, or by alliance leaders. That way u avoid alliance leaders to withdraw and then deposit naq.
U can withdraw a maximun of 20 % a day.
About not letting them use it at free will, well i dont understand why to add a bank to lose naq, and not be able to use it. ITS MY NAQ, I WANT TO BE ABLE TO USE IT. Unless u guys are looking with this to kill alliances.

If u guys are going to add a bank , why dont u just add it as the regular ones, let just Leader and 2ic withdraw and end of the problem ?

There's nothing wrong with discussing about an update that IS going to be implemented, and getting people to put forward suggestions of what uses the bank could be used for. But there is also no point in saying that it shouldn't be implemented at all when Admin hasn't announced what the uses of the bank will be for.
