I have no doubt first thing will be trying to do is work out who took the screenshots, then they will be on here saying that all the screenshots are fake and they never said that.

It seems whoever took said screenshots made a mistake in that respect. phpBB stores the session keys in a database table for a specified period of time. The session key is a GET parameter (sid) in the address, which for some reason has been included in several screenshots.

Personally, I think it's a good tactic. Which is why I have advised my side on multiple occasions to not use forums for anything important. Screenshots have a way of being taken and posted.



If someone did make a mistake that allows them to get caught..I will be laughing my ass off. Mind you, it's most likely 1 of approx 5 leaks that are most likely in place. Backups upon Backups, the only way to do business.





Anyways, i'm taking a break for awhile and will be back to see if anything interesting occurs.

If you are not the user intended to have access to a website and you are using their account with or without their consent, you still fall prey to the CMA. It is up to the administrator of the resource being accessed to decide whether or not a person should have access.

Prove it? That would not be a claimants responsibility. The CMA is prosecuted by the Crown, and so all that is needed to make a claim is circumstantial evidence. The Crown investigates, and if they see fit to prosecute, they do so.
