Assassin question

realise that this might be a bit of a noob question but i was recently attacked by someone using assassins and i could not see who they where and i was wondering what percentage you require to be able to see who your attacker is and what percentage you need to fight off the attempt

Using critical or any increased realm alert helps. As for the exact % I'm not sure. Normally the attacker will beef up the stat, carry out the attack, and then untrain to not allow retaliation so knowing the strength of the assasin power will not really tell you much.
