3 warnings, they say.
First need to get 2 warnings.. then you can worry. Otherwise, no problem.

What I thought, it's after you until you die <_<
Meh I was EU positive now I guess EU are bending over major firms <_<
That's biggest fail they ever thought of, see:
If they do it internet will be very empty after few years. They'll regret it. They didn't think of fact less people on net there will be, less people will pay for access, so less they'll get from it.
They'll up prices then, but, "clean" people this time will quit because they will find it stupid how prices became and internet will die slowly but surely.
They'll can only slap each others after this!
Haha what a bunch of loosers seriously

So what do you guys think of this whole “three strikes law” being proposed by European politicians? Banned from the internet? Heh, for some of you that is a fate worse than death.
Among the amendments are calls to enact a Europe-wide "three strikes" law. This would see users banned from the web if they fail to heed three warnings that they are suspected of putting copyrighted works on file-sharing networks. In addition it bestows powers on governments to decide which programs can be "lawfully" used on the internet.
what are those eu fascists up to again??? can someone shoot 'em or something?? suspected of??? i thought in the civilized world one gets punished only when one's proven guilty. well, on the other hand, i've been suspecting for some time now eu is not civilized.

Re: Europe really hates "Pirates"
Lol suspicious behaviour for this, that reminds me the moronic days of witch hunt, Inquisition or of the "neo" witch hunt of communists...dark eras suffering from ignorance those were!
Basically we are just aiming to be a half taliban society
...afterall they forbid music, with this that's what we are doing, at half. I'm all for punishing those who launch it, not the "little" uploaders etc...but with this pay for everything that's wrong, I'm personally not one of theguys who never buys a cd on market, I just use d/l as a "preview" that way nowadays I'm never disappointed by what I buy!
If they get rid of it, I wont go again buying even things I dont like,I'll just stop to listen to music so they'll loose every potential buy I could do, and then they get served!

Re: Europe really hates "Pirates"
this whole idea sucks so much... i feel sorry for the member countries of the EU... i really do...
i thought australia was bad... when our new PM started promising 'censored' internet.... (which would slow down our already crappy infrastructure) i wasnt sure to beleive it or not.... but since the election i havent heard ANYTHING about it.... and hopefully it stays that way...
and all i can summarize from this is the majority of australian voters are unintelligent soccer mums who have no idea about the real world...
and disciplining suspicious behavoiur eh? this leads me to think upon how speculative fiction represents some one mans ideals of a utopia... which i think the EU is out to create in some respects... now i tend to walk in a strange manner, not due to anything im carrying i assure you, just who i am aparrently... now i would NOT appreciate being stopped at every street corner by some over zealous EU official, assuming it reached this level, and assuming i was in a EU member country....
good thing im not.
