I was under the impression that u could only change relations with another player once every 24 hours and yet i have had the same person change relations with me a total of 3 times in the space of a few minutes can someone explain this or at least sort it out.

How is this possible?

I believe it's only war relation you can't change. I could be wrong though.

I got this from the Rules and Help section : Declare War You can declare war on any realm, with -and this is true for all relations - a minimum 24hours before you can change this relation.

He has since change relations again back to neutral how is this possible?

OK I can explain this.

That is the old rule, and for you changing your personal relations that holds true, but now you have the ability to change not only yours but also your officers. Then you also have the alliance leader having the ability to change the entire alliances relations in a alliance war.

So you can have 3 relation changes in 1 turn under these updates.
