Suspended...again.

I hope this is the place to write to the admin!

I was suspended once before, although I had no idea why a the time. I talked to the admin last time and she sorted it out. This time though, she asked me to come through here.
This time I know why I have been suspended!! Both times before getting suspended I used my gfs laptop, which does have a script on it. The script is to switch the computer between english and japanese (I am australian, she is japanese). here is an example ｊでwj度wpd所ウェ．As you an see I just hit the keyboard randomly to show this (although I know a monkey with access to google translator could do this, I swear that is not what I have just done).
I just ascended and spent some real $$$ to help with the rebuilding.
I hope that this can resolved and I will not use this laptop again.
