the answer of course is BOTH would lose as no matter who kill's who first both will die eventually the asgard without technology and the goa,uld without a host
only of course given that there are no other lifeforms on the planet they are fighting on therefore the goa,uld would find a host and therefore win using the hosts physical advantage and taking into account that a goa,uld would not make the error of taking an asgard as a host if even possible
but looking at it logically the asgard could kill the goa,uld but will then die out with no technology to breed it's as simple as that
as for vishnu's reply to johuana's comment i commend your wisdom truly one of the goa,uld's many overlooked trait's
it seem's in teal,auc's case there seem's to be a reverse symbiosis going on with a her tauri host being the dominant more aggressive one and her goa,uld being merely a spectator and advisor
