UP bug...

My raw is 29869. I have 3 officers with 6,480, 39,744, and 8,016. I also have 2UP planets, 7074 and 33555. I set 30% income. Total should be 81308, its 67874. Whats going on?

Raw = 29869
Officer 1 contributes 0.15 * 6480 = 972
Officer 2 contributes 0.15 * 39744 = 5962
Officer 3 contributes 0.15 * 8016 = 1202
Total officer contribution = 8136

Total Planet UP = 40629
40629 > 2 planets * (0.5 * raw), so planet contribution = 29869

29869 + 8136 + 29869 = 67874

Your miscalculation of the total may therefore be due to either the fact that officer only give HALF of your income rate in UP, or that planets may not contribute more than half of your UP per UP planet.

dont you now get your officers up added to yours up to 50% of your raw?

Each officer gives you half of your income rate of their total UP, up to a maximum of half of your raw UP.

Example:
You have a raw of 50,000
You have an officer with total 500,000
You have another officer with total 100,000
Your income rate is 30%

Officer 2 gives you 0.5 * 0.3 * 100,000 = 15,000 UP bonus
Officer 1 would give you 0.5 * 0.3 * 500,000 = 75,000 UP bonus
However, 75,000 > half of your raw UP (25,000) and so would only give you 25,000 UP bonus.

If you had no other source of UP (read: planets), then your total UP would be your raw (50,000) plus your officer contributions (40,000) for a total of 90,000.
