To answer this age old question.... I asked Jason about this at last weeks admin meet. People becoming Officers of Ostracized accounts had actually not crossed his mind, but he feels it should not be allowed. He said he will fix the issue with a quick easy fix.

All I can assume is that the option to make Ostracized accounts your CO will be disabled.
