ascended server account possibly hacked need help

so i come off vaca mode and i open up my main account just fine,shows Dormant ascended.
then as i always do i log into ascended to wake it up to see:

"That account does not appear to exist."

than after trying to log in several times i get this one:

"The login and password you have entered do not match.
Try to retype them again.
If you had a quote in your name, it has been replaced by a dash (-)"

since i HAVE not turned Daimon i can only assume someone has altered my account,hacked it,or the server is glitching in some way..

i do not remember my ascended ID,but another funny thing is where it says lost password i put in my email addie and it sent me my EXACT log in info.....
yet it tells me when i input the info that,"That account does not appear to exist."

Please help i assume that only a Dev member can look into this and if needed and requested i can supply further information as needed.

Also, I'm not sure if this is the right section, could be better of in:

which is the forum for hacked accounts, cheaters, etc... Maybe a mod could move it to the appropriate section? If you're willing to reveal your ascended name, someone could check the status of your account and help you get your ID. It's probably still in vac mode, but it's worth a try.

i can now log into my account,thank you admin"Sue",i assume it was a glitch.

SMALL problem...
i can log in and turns pass as normal but...
i have no ascended id#,make no turns,DMU or planets,and my main SGW still shows me as Dormant..
