I think there might be an attack bug

I logged in to see a couple of million massed upholder systems missing and my DMU gone which told me I had been attacked. However, when checking the Historic Battle's, there was no one's name there. I thought this was strange.

I then checked my cosmic development to do repairs and no damage was done to my weps. But when checking my Command Star, there had been damage done to it.

Anyone else have this happen to them?

was thinking Destroy military but that would not damage your MS.

Is it possible your MS was damaged previously and not repaired?

were there any covert loggs?

the hit that took your resources should have shown up no matter what.

Like Lore said check your covert logs, having missing attack/defence planets with no weap dmg has Destroy military all over

As for you DMU thats either a bug as you say or you left yourself on crit or somebody did the lovely job of untraining your income planets for you

CS damage as Lore said may have been done from previous attacks, i know i always 4got to repair mine when it was actually usefull
