How to really join or form an alliance

I see the list of allies i've pmed an alliance leader who's pmed me back saying they'd send me an invitation, can't figure out how to find it let alone accept it nor do i see a button that will create an alliance, so where is the button that forms an alliance?

If you click "List of Alliances" under Alliance Management under Command Center then in the top of that page there is a Create Alliance option, well at least that's where it was before I am in an Alliance now and can't see it lol. Once a Leader sends an invite it is also visible under Alliance Management in the Command Center. If you wanna apply for an Alliance that is under List of Alliances there is an option next to the Alliance.

Unfortunately i neither see the create alliance option in the alliance list page or the invitation in the command center .

Under the nox is where you will find the alliance invite. Above officers.

Go to attack page, at the top is " Alliance Ranking ".

Click it, there is where you will find the create alliance.
