i was taking a look at one of my battle reports and it suddenly kicked me off
i tried to log back in only to get

I would advise patience, padawan.
Provide more information such as ID, that always helps the GA's.

i would provide my id but its not something i expected i would need to remember

but i suppose it could have been worse
at least everyone has ppt

would my main server id be the same as my dev server id?

Do you have contact with your alliance leader, commander or officers outside the game? They could help you find your ID. (You will find GA's have trouble finding people without it.)

And in being banned, your account is placed outside the grasp of other players, does not collect income/UP, and is essentially similar to an account on vac mode.

and considering its a turn every half hr and a staff member has just answered i dont think we have to worry about anything happening to our accounts because

a-we will be determined as cheaters at which point why would we worry about our accounts?
or
b- its sorted out

and if your know you didnt cheat then you dont have to worry about a
