'Alliance Bank'

Sorry if I'm wrong, but I believe the update notes said that alliances will generate Naq into an alliance bank at a rate of 1% of every members income per turn.... but this only applies to Alliances with 5 or more members.


I'm a 1-man alliance, but according to my alliance bank, funds are being generated.

I dont really care one way or the other, just thought I'd report it in case its not intended to work that way.
