by definition, yes, but when did this place ever really run by definition, that is generally just the last refuge of the real intellectuals that hide in these places.
I have to disagree with you there Semper. I do believe "vultures" are real and do exist, just as "snipers" do. I just class them differently then the common definition used here.
A true "vulture" willfully and intentionally goes to know warring alliances for easy pickings. That means when they see a thread, they go to BOTH sides of the conflict and take all they can get, all the while never building or maintaining anything that can be hurt or destroyed. These player generally work solely on untouchable stats such as tech's, UP, covert levels and MS slots.
To me its not weather they could hit me with or without a defense, its how they play itself that defines them as a vulture.
Very well said Lore I agree, and have found that in most cases where someone attacks a 0 def and its just a random naq hit a simple message will suffice mentioning a war status and any reasonable experienced player will stop and offer the naq back without incident. I wouldn't consider those players vultures.
This is a war game and being at war or in a vendetta is the highest form of play here and is deserving of a level of respect again I am pleased Admin has addressed this.
