GNR not updating

I have been around rank 190 or so for about 2 days now and only have 30 gnr points. They only update every once and a while - not constant and are not giving me the 5 gnr that it should be .. oh and my rank does not update every turn - i know there is another topic for this, but it did update once in the past 24 hrs but has not updated since

i checked this turn change. didn't get GR either.

The ranks issue is that ranks update several minutes after turn change has happened, so they are updating.

As for the g&r, are you sure you don't get them when rank does actually change several minutes later?
Plus the 5 g&r rank is 185 not 190 so you'd only be getting 1 g&r if it was working properly.
