New Update Bug: Creating alliances

hey guys did u forget to put the creating a new alliance thingy back in. a buddy of mines kids had an alliance called fuall mercs. the alliance disappeared when the updates hit and when they went to restart the alliance they couldnt find the create a new alliance. i looked for it myself and it disappeared so meh.
xforce and Deathlok were members and still are if they can create an alliance.

I think what he's trying to say is, that he cant find the "Create New Alliance" button...
