Mothership weapons

On my mothership i have only one of the tech upgrades.

Mothership Efficiency Level 1

and i can have a maximum of 4,450 Nuclear Volley Offense Weapons

right now i have 4,449 and it wont let me get that one more weapon to get it to 4,450.

i havent trying to increase the maximum yet but if you want me to increase it any i can.

i know its only one volley but i dont want to take the chance of increaseing the capacity and not be able to have any more weapons.
