So What Does It Take To Sab Somebody? I send in double their amount of strength and still fail? Gayness

Number of spies
i trust your covert level is equal or higher, (2x) per level differents
than you have to work in their techs " large" and small (%) differents
THAN you have to figure out if they are on critial. or not. 1.7x more if on crit.

Jesus, cant you just spy their total stat strength and go by that? .....
I mean I can send a x amount of spies, and spy all his stats perfectly. I send the same number of spies to sab and i fail. makes no sense
