I *SUSPECT* (I could very easily be wrong, and this guy just has an extremely oddball way of playing) that this account is used to create & upgrade planets, then sell them, with profits then going to the main account.

The account's stats appear like a dead account's stats, except he has a lot of fleets and seems to have a reasonably high turnover rate on his planets.

I've had some issues with this person, based off my belief the account was dead and a tasty naq planet that only had 10 defense on it (which would make it very easy to sell the location of, wouldn't it?). the way he's been reacting and such is just... odd.

I'll let the admins look at it and figure it out.
