As far as i can figure it out, its pretty useless unless you only get attacked once a day, And even then id question its usefulness as youre probally still looseing naq on at, when you get to the end of the term, on accounts of how much you would spend on it and repairing your weapons...
I dont have it, and until someone tells me it repairs your weapons by the second, i really dont see any point in getting it...

It heals on the turn change.
And when I was undead I would log in to nearly undamaged weapons and that was just with the first 1% tech, so I say it will be worth the naq when you have it to spare.
