Why am I losing Naquadah from my Alpha Site?

Why am I losing Naquadah from my Alpha Site?
For some reason, every turn I am now losing 22 for some unknown reason! Can someone please explain it to me please?
I am the Divine Seraphim of Destiny and I have the power to destroy or create anything with the ultimate power of DESTINY!!!!

Is your bank (Alpha Site) full? If it is too full, it will leak out some each turn.

At one time overbanking was heavily exploited, and this was the means admin put in place to curb it.
