Biggest tech levels?

I just wondered who has biggest tech levels (the ones adding 1%/upgrade I mean).
60 on all excepted MS.

I only really upgrade them when i go for one of the higher ranks, SO they are all around 70 atm...Will do them when i have a lot of undeeded naq

120 strike 100 everything else.

101 everything not ms. Need to boost them more though apparently.

lol like it matters, but hay if you want to know, just look at how much the techs are costing you, you should be able to figure out howfar behind you are.
