He had it for a week whilst in FS. Atleast that is what he said, ample time to ask technocracy how we stand on the matter of letting him walk out the war.

One of our members hit him, *he whined about how he had left the war *news to me**

He contacted me on MSN and his commander did too...

Basically he didn't think it was fair hes still in the war, thinks that a surrender fee is extortion. (Fee is clearly stated on war thread before he took it...)

FS booted him because he didn't want to war.. that doesn't mean technocracy want's to not war with him.

For all I know he could have been in FS already. With all their account switching one can't be sure, and im fairly sure he did some attacking against technocracy with MLH's tag on still.

He was also abusive on MSN so you know, Technocracy is at war with him, if he wants to surrender he can pay the fee all of FS is expected to pay.

He has paid nothing so far, I'm not sure what hes banging on about, He sent Max a message saying I was trying to extort him not a broker with any repayment in it.

But back to the point... after seeing this "evidence" I would have to say personally I feel that 12ag was in his full rights to require a surrender fee or a see you later massing is typical. Sure dark smoke is one of my friends but in terms of war there is very seldom special cases that people can pull away from an alliance in war without paying some form of payment.
