Firstly, spot the $$ here.....

Repayment is 7 mil uu / 5 tril naq / 25k AT's / $50 USS, you pick whichever you want to do, or a mix, if you decide to surrender, youll also may be expected to never join FS again but thats probably not on your to do list.

Secondly, my personal opinion is that no action will be taken. I don't think it's real extortion, and it's not as if 12ag is demanding only $$. That's not to say I condone this behaviour though.

Yeah but thats to do with Warranty and laws to do with that, i.e when someone has brought a USS and the game server crashes, They have their right to claim it back if the service they were promised is nulled. That Statement basically means feck off, you aint sui'ing me.
Doesn't refer to Exploitation. Which is an odd term because basically its a trade, in a role playing game.. if you want to be a blackmailer you can, its role play, if they give you $ then thats their choice

I agree I never demanded $ or anything tbh, if he wanted to surrender I gave him terms, he didn't want them. (Took him quite a bit of faffing about to tell me that) but I never tried to force them on him. Its just he's in the war till he agrees is all.

Its just the $ value of the choices, and it would be going directly to Admin and into the game, so yes a game resource.

I think Admin would agree that a USS is not cash , I would never get the cash, Admin would. The bonuses derived would just be going to me and not Him as his reparations.

3 mill ? lol no no no u couldn't do that while u were massing me as I even defending a couple of ur hits with 700k defenders... lets say my defence will be 3 times bigger than it was to be... atleast Im aiming on that
