I wonder why, when i click on myself in the attack page, everything of me is reveled??? i got 50 of covert capacity and at least 20 spy (in level 5). when i be hide like anyone else??

Erm....well, hiding from yourself is never gonna work cause you can always see your own stats. But to hide from others you will need to improver your spylevel to something a lot better. Covert capacity has nothing to do with it. That just shows you how many turns you have left for covert actions like spying and sabotaging.
Maybe you should look for a commander, they will give you an income bonus which can be quite a lot for someone who's just begun. You can spend this extra income to improve your spylevel, or a lot of other things. They can also teach you some handy strategies to become good at this game.

As soon as you build an idiot proof system, somebody else builds a better idiot.
If it moves, kill it. If it doesn't move, kick it until it does move, and then kill it.
