Since when did you have to pay to surrender. You pay for a surrender then thats extortion. Just keep in mind, if you want war retrubutions, look at history. After WW1, France made Germeny pay huge amounts, starting the hatred. After pullin the country deeper into the Depression, they looked for help. Help they got but at what cost?

You ask for money, your only gonna have a **Filtered** storm later.

You use an example, where France charged Germany way more than they should have, which forced Germany's oppression on the matter, mainly because 1st world war wasn't actually all Germany's fault (like Nazi Germany) but alas, this War is all FS's fault so I don't think asking for a third of damages as a repayment is entirely unreasonable, their was always the option of not massing us sheerly to ME hunt.

This is not the case with Technocracy (oh btw its not me its tech but I can say it was me if you want ) are charging a fair price

@ 12ag, I dont know what 1/3 of damage done by MLHs old account to Tech is, gathering that kind of detail in war is a pointless waste of time

Your right trying to work out what each of your people/accounts did in damage would be useless waste of time, fortunately I know the total damage and its one third of that roughly divided by the number of members who started the war. So if Dark Smoke has a higher repayment (thats IF btw lol) than the damage he caused, its the rest of FS's fault obviously

Yes well I warned FS their would be no niceties till they did something which need not be repeated. If they did what I asked, if their were reasonable and compromised we wouldn't of had to make High (yet reasonable, a third isn't a lot) War reparations.

RE: Surrender terms


Greeting

I am addressing all tec members on behalf of forgotten serenity. As our conflict enters into the 1.5-month mark, and after many comments posted on both sides, along with numerous threads in the main forum, I felt it was important to inform u of your options in this conflict, and FS current stance on your surrender.

FS, being a war alliance, is use to, and willing, to play under the current circumstance for as long as needed. We realize that Tec, as stated by your leadership, was/is a growth alliance with little or no war experience for most members. Far is it from FS to expect and ask players to live under a war experience for longer than that player wishes. It is clear from you’re account that many members of Tec have now gone inactive, logging on to only train. To this end, Fs wish to allow those who wish to leave this conflict, and return to any style of play u wish. This leaving will not be with any expectation of resources. We would only ask that u drop the Tec tag for the duration of the conflict. If u wish to return after the end, u would suffer no harm or conquest to your accounts. It is not FS intention to dismantle Tec, or cause the end to it as a viable alliance in this game.
In order to except this offer from FS u need to:

A) Surrender on forum or by PM to HC of FS
B) Remove your self from Tec and not supply with any resource (if members who leave are found to be supplying any combatants, they are once again in the war)

Thou this offer is not time sensitive, FS reserves the right to change the offer set forth with 24-hour notice.

ok 12ag let me re-word that, two members of techno have left the war, and FS decided no reperations were to be expected, that was what I was refering to, now papa has made another addition and I think FS are being very understanding about the conflict. I hope that is understanding for you, personally I see nothing wrong with reperations, everyone has their own opinions, but I have not and will not ever expect someone leaving war to ever make payment for such. I wish you luck in your endevors, this is the last time I post here, so if you have any questions or want a response PM me.

Yes well pretty sure the first guy to leave Tech had to pay a tribute.
Just because the others refused or FS didnt bother, doesnt mean much to me.

We left one of their members go without paying.

But as for the rest their in the war till they repay damages caused by FS, or FS surrenders as a whole for all members in their war.

If they wanted a war with decent respectable outcomes, they should have warr'd after agreeing to conditions as such

In all honestly I dont think it was his intention to scam. Like I said I have known DS since his first day of playing SGW and I dont think he would do that to me or FS. He also wasnt aware the level of investment made by all FS members via Dues.

DS has made arrangements with Willie I am told.
