Highest ToC?

Anyone know who has the highest ToC??
Mine isnt that great but Ive been thinking about boosting it a bit, then I stop and think about how hard it is to decend and know it would be a waste of my points, still thinking I should do it though

From what I can calculate, 500m would require (approximately):
850 MNEC
805 Attack Force
805 Attack Skill

And from zero those levels would cost a total of:
17,423,762,401,606 total LF

Which is a hell of a lot of LF 174,237,624,016,060,000 DMU worth, to be precise... that's 174 quadrillion. I'm guessing that most (sane) people would find a better use for that (such as a 566,231,040 base CER).

If there is a 500m descension hit out there, someone is very, very insane.
