alliance bug

i created alliance, Latvian Infantry, got 5 members, and its not appearing like active or what kind alliance, alliance bank is still on 0... can somebody help out?

For alliance bank to work I believe you need over 5 members.
For your alliance to have power on the alliance rankings you require over 5 members as it states on the alliance rankings.
