If hte petition is for putting em on vac mode you have my vote. If its for the deleting of the accounts i say no. Wolf359 stated it perfectly above so no need to repeat that.

Real dam easy, BUILD UP, AND PROVE YOUR WORTH THE GnR, when i started the game, i wasnt in DDE, and i still managed to ascend to LG+1 before joining them, and GnR range then was around rank 1000 and under, now its like rank 1500+ way to easy to ascend now, people dont put any effort into it.

Don't blame the guys under 1500, they're still learning the game 
I blame the guys over 250mil, put them on permanent VM
But yeah, only put accounts over 30days of inactivity below a reasonable amount to show complete abandonment of the account on VM
so there's a little lag at turnover, get over it
