to all ppl who know more about IPs and ISPs than i do

i've looked up all my IPs on the alliance forums and some strange things showed up.

my IP looks something like this:
89-125-41-12.dhcp-ripwave.irishbroadband.ie

now. i'm not using ripwave anywhere but at home. so where did this come from (there's more like that):
paulooliveira.dhcp-ripwave.irishbroadband.ie
raihana.dhcp-ripwave.irishbroadband.ie
ockham.dhcp-ripwave.irishbroadband.ie
athlon64.dhcp-ripwave.irishbroadband.ie
