finding planets

if someone abondons a planet in perg is it possible to find it by somebody in normal?

If it is abandoned with 1 mill defense facilities on it, it is found with the same.

well.. it could be done this way:
planet name is "0" if someone else finds it increments the number in the planet's name and abandons it. the game is played till the planet is in my hands. i'd like to know how many times it changed owners. :)
