The benefits of BECOMING unascended

Ok well here's a few things that are well known.

1) You don't need to bother about getting descended
2) Fleets give 500k power for 5-6 mil cost (compared to 1 mil power for 22 mil cost)
3) Your weapons suck and get more easily massed
4) ms techs are cheaper by a factor of 10
5) You have some uber neat techs the ascended guys don't have

And here's the funniest thing

You can actually double your income instantly by changing back to goauld.
Some are aware of this feature but since i'm a very nice person i figured it'd be nice to share it with everyone, afterall this feature has existed so long in this game it's obviously part of the gameplay for some.

A small jump to the dev server shows the following
when goauld:
Turn Income Production: 5,431,962,083 Naquadah (in 7 minutes)
when tauri:
Turn Income Production: 2,172,784,833 Naquadah (in 12 minutes)
when lg+1:
Turn Income Production: 2,824,620,283 Naquadah (in 12 minutes)

Miners(Lifers) 24,446,274 (20,520,615)

Your weapons are crap, you loose blessing, and you need many more weapons/troops to get same total power, and can get educated, because you need alot more for same def/strike.
But you can take advantage of MS techs extra power given

disagree with you. un-ascended accounts need more units to get the same level of stat that ascended accounts with fewer units have.

for example, the weapons power alone is double for ascended.

250 mil miners on AG account no commander ads turned on = 29.8 bil turn income
250 mil miners on snakehead account no commander ads turned on = 55.5 bil turn income

I think that covers extra losses

that's because its a snakehead. snakeheads get income bonus. if you don;t want to play a snakehead, then you're better off playing an ascended account.

oh yeah that doubled income is enough. Snakeheads get 25% income, not double. Unless you are now keeping your ascended bonus plus the normal goa'uld income boost.

that's because its a snakehead. snakeheads get income bonus. if you don;t want to play a snakehead, then you're better off playing an ascended account.

What you failed to realize that in this case instead of 80*1.25 your income is actually 80*1.25*2

And if it's normal why don't you receive the 2 multiplier the moment you register

And in case you haven't noticed
Snakehead = 25% income boost
AG = 34% incoem boost

but goauld still has way much more income for some odd reason rofl

well, all i know is snakehead bonus is +25% income. don't rightly know where the *2 came from.

do you think that the 25% increase also takes into account income from planets? if so, maybe planets can be blamed for the extra income factor here.

Ok, you failed to realize this isn't a discussion about how the feature is created (you can login to dev server and try it for yourself.)
And most likely all the income you get from planets gets doubled too although i can't check since i don't have any.

This is a discussion where i tell people that if they want they can instantly double their incomes without being accused of cheating

this isn't anythign new
and admin knows about it for a very long time too
