Got banned for neg naq bug

I was just banked on the turn change and all of a sudden the page updated at the login page. Then this message popped up:

"You are auto-banned for cheating.
Try to contact the game admin at gameadmin@StarGateWars.com or via the forum at: THE GAME ADMIN SECTION if you do not know why this has taken place."

Is this that neg naq bug thing? If so, it's pretty annoying.
