cant login to sgw

not sure this is right place, but wasnt sure where else to go, and as there seem to be noone else with same issues its clear sgw isnt down, just me not being able to login. so can anyone help?

i can get login page, but when i try and login i get this page:

im not that great with computers, so can anyone help? ive cleared cache, cookies, etc and restarted, ive even set comp back to when i could get on yesterday morning, but still no luck. i can get on other webpages - like this, fine. just not sgw. any suggestions?

Have you tried another browser by any chance? Sometimes for some messed up reason that works..
Otherwise, I'm blank.
