He is actually descended, its a bug in the code on main, this could be considered stat posting but as its to reveal a bug can we let it go this time
Without knowing his ascended rank, LG, LG+1 etc i used the calculator to work out his AC power from what he has when spying.
If he was LG, he should have 798,770,000,000 AC power for his stats
If he was LG+1 he should have 830,718,800,000 AC power for his stats
He is way below this, he has lost his ascended bonuses he just doesnt have the correct title.

He was descended when he has over 1k glory points.
When he ascend the "descdended" tittle go away ;]
