How to prevent sibling

is there any way to prevent it? not at all but at least make it harder.
they log into brother, sister, nony, red fish , black cat accounts and bank/train or smt mass.
this is not fair otherwise ppl will start having imaginary brothers

I was thinking of a delay in logins from the same IP

so if a member login in his account then system delays by 2-3 hrs the bro/sis or red fish logins from the same location.
this can prevent the fast banking and massing from 2 accounts,

How does this effect University networks that run through a proxy? As I know that there are several people at my uni who play...and i wouldnt be happy waiting a "few hours" to log in because someone is paranoid.

many people have dynamic adresses + it isn't hard to get a new ip even when you have a static ip on your own

too much fuss about too little effect

It is called condom. Works like a charm, most of the time.



Otherwise, there isn't anything can be done really.. heck, reality can't be proven, let alone the existence of brothers/sisters/uncles/aunts/pets/chickens/aliens.
