PPT Problem:-

You have used 3 trades and/or donations this week.
You have used 1 PPT bonuses this week.
Thats how it reads, however I had only used 1 trade when I tried to go onto PPT my naq and 1 trade turn was taken, I then thought I`d I increase my bank capacity which accounts for the 3 trades now showing.

But I didn`t get my PPT i.e. no display of protected for 2889 mins. Instead I lost 2x 4960 Million NAQ and 1 trade.

Have posted so this can be investigated, maybe trying to use another trade so soon resulted in the PPT not processing correctly????

Have just tried to replicate this again but fortunatlely for me PPT and bank increase seemed to go through OK.
This time the trade complete came up and then I increased bank capacity.

Sorry I was unable to replicate the problem this time.

nope... i went on ppt between game time 23:35 and 00:00 saturday which was 7:35am - 8:00am...

logged on game time 23:30 today (Monday) 6:30am (took account of the hour roll back) and see my account was massed at 23:09 6:09am game time...



EDIT: also forgot to mention that it also happened last week as well at the same time between sunday night and monday morning...

nah i dont think so as i bought it at 7-8 pm my time(gmt) even if it was dst that means it would be 6-7pm and i still got in from work and logged in at 5:15-5:30 at the latest

I ascended today and I noticed that I didnt recieve any ppt for my ascended account. Do we get any goodies when we ascend to lg+1. Also I was unable to log on for like 4 hours so I got on msn and some other players also couldnt log on.

When I was able to log in I lost alot of naq was there a game glich

I went on PPT sunday night between 7 and 8pm and I then did a market trade of 4k turns. I get on this morning and my ppt is gone and so is all my naq from the trade. I reported thsi same problem for the last 3 weeks now. I just went on ppt again and it says i have 2908mins left...

I do not know if this is anything but everytime I lose ppt MaguÅ has been the first one to hit me everytime. I do not know thier ID number I can't see it for anyone.

this bug need fix, i lost 1,3 Trill in the fist time and 800 bill in the second.

its need to be fixed ASAP, i woude ask my naq back but its kind pointless...
