Player ID

How do I find a player's ID..I have tried looking it up under their profile and all that and other ways but I guess I am missing something big time. What is the step by step way of doing it please. Thank you.

When on the persons stat page you look at the URL and take the digits at the end.

For example, when on my stat page, the URL is
http://quantumgate.stargatewars.com/stats.php?id=17110

So my ID is 17110

I am sorry it does not show up on that page. Is there any way to turn it on?

I am trying to find Fearless ID He keeps attacking massing me and will not stop.
